For prone-supination of the hand and forearm.
The aid exercises the subject in the prone supination movements of the hand. In particular, the subject is asked to hold the ball between the first fingers of the hand and guide it along the sinusoidal path.
The exercise involves using the joint degrees of prone supination of the forearm to the maximum.
It is therefore useful to control the patient's behavior during the execution of the task.
Any inability to explore the highest degrees of supination could be compensated by an ipsilateral inclination of the trunk, while a limitation of pronation will determine an early and excessive detachment of the arm from the trunk.
