Ethicon Monocryl Plus suture is an antibacterial, absorbable, synthetic, monofilament suture. Designed for smooth passage through tissue, it offers a predictable resorption time, combining the advantages of a monofilament suture.
Composed of poliglecaprone 25, a copolymer of glycolide and ε-caprolactone, Monocryl Plus guarantees low tissue reactivity and high tensile strength, with a half-life between 7 and 14 days.
