Organic sulfur tablets

Methylsulfonylmethane* (MSM) is an organic sulfur-based compound (the molecule contains approximately 34% sulfur) that occurs naturally in many varieties of fruit and vegetables. It is easily degraded during cooking and food preparation.

Sulfur is present in keratins, proteins essential for the formation of nails and hair. It is also naturally present in the joints, where it forms part of chondroitin sulfate, a valuable structural molecule in cartilage.

Nutritional information (per 1 tablet):
- MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane*) 1000 mg

Ingredients:
MSM* (methylsulfonylmethane). Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropyl cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable stearic acid. Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin.

Directions for use:
Swallow 1 tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal. Packaged in bottles of 60 tablets.

Precautions for use:
If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, consult your doctor before taking this product.

Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
