Ingredients
Magnesium citrate. Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Dibasic calcium phosphate. Thickener: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate. Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin.

Directions for use
Swallow 2 tablets daily with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 60 tablets.
