The Ermenrich PRO LR200 laser meter is a portable device for measuring distances up to 200 meters. It is useful in home repairs, for calculating estimates for redevelopment, when furnishing rooms, as well as during house construction and land surveying or solving professional tasks on a construction site. Its distinctive feature is the digital viewfinder. The camera displays a full-color image of the environment on the screen. The measuring point is clearly marked in bright color with the measurement result next to it. This representation allows you to clearly see the target point.
The device is controlled by buttons on the front panel: they are intuitive and easy to feel even with gloves. You can select the measured parameter (distance, angle, volume, area) and measurement units (meters, feet, inches). Single measurements and scanning modes are available. Measurements can be made using intermediate points with the use of the Pythagorean theorem and simple mathematical calculations. There are four reference points to choose from: front edge, rear edge, center or retractable pin. Measurement results can be saved in the device's memory: 30 groups are available.
The instrument can be used with a tripod, providing additional stability and versatility. The device has a 1/4' threaded mount and a table tripod is included. When securely fixed on the tripod, the device provides more accurate measurement results, as there are no vibrations caused by natural hand movement.
The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery. It can also be powered by AAA batteries as the battery compartment size allows for both options. The automatic shutdown function significantly reduces power consumption in standby mode. The device switches off completely after 3 minutes of inactivity and the laser beam switches off after 30 seconds. The device is not resistant to humidity or water, but it can withstand dusty conditions on construction sites.
