The Ermenrich Seek AT20 alcohol tester with non-contact sensor is used to determine the blood alcohol content of a person as part of a self-test or expert test. The measuring range is 0–0.19% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration, the concentration of alcohol in the blood determined by exhaled air) or 0–1.9 g/l. To perform the test correctly, the exhalation must last 10 seconds.
The main advantage of the device is the absence of a mouthpiece. Instead, the design includes a contactless sensor that does not require touching the lips. It is hygienic and safe, which is especially important when testing several people in a row. The time from turning on the device to receiving the analysis results will not take even a minute: Ermenrich Seek AT20 warms up and is ready for use in 10 seconds.
The tester is compact and can be easily carried in a pocket or small bag. The alcohol test results are displayed on a small color screen with distinct icons. There are 3 classifications: green 'Safety', orange 'Warning' and red 'Danger'.
