• You can massage yourself or another person. Switch on the unit as described above and apply it to the part of the body to be massaged. Do not apply pressure; instead, move it lightly over the body. The massager will do the work for you. Do not focus on one area of the body for too long; change the massage area frequently.
• Each session should last no more than 20 minutes. For positive results, use the massager regularly.
• The treatment should feel pleasant. If you feel pain or the massage is painful on certain parts of the body, stop the session and consult your doctor.
• After treatment, switch off the massager, unplug it and allow it to cool down.
