Thanks to the rubefacient action of capsicum extract and the presence of camphor, there is a thermal effect on the treated area which contributes to the relaxation of the contracted muscle. Arnica and rosemary oil act on pain and inflammation.

Thanks to the complex of components, arnica-based formulations are used to treat:

- Insect bites
- Rheumatic problems

Arnica-based preparations for external local use have long been approved by the German authorities: in 1984, the German Commission E published a monograph, which states that preparations based on arnica flowers are indicated for external use in the treatment of post-operative and post-traumatic conditions affecting muscles and joints, such as effusions, edema and hematomas, bruises, strains, contractures and sprains.

Aqua, hydrogenated polythecene, cetearyl alcohol, petralate, dichapril ether, sesame indico, alcohol, glycerin, pentylene glycol, butyl vanilla ether, ables sibiric oil, sodium cetearyl sulfates, capsicum, oleoresin frutescens, rosemary officinale oil, carbomer, camphor, arnica montana extract, dimethicone, benzyl nicotinates, limonene.
