The Welch Allyn DuraShock integrated aneroid sphygmomanometer is accurate to ±3 mm Hg and complies with the applicable chapters of the following standards for aneroid sphygmomanometers:
• American National Standard ANSI/AAMI SP10-1994, Non-Automatic Sphygmomanometers
• European Standard EN 1060-1: 1996, Non-invasive sphygmomanometers, Part 1: General requirements
• European Standard EN 1060-2: 1966, Part 2: Supplementary requirements for mechanical sphygmomanometers (excluding chapter 7.4.3 for slider thickness)
• INMETRO technical metrology regulations Number 24 of 26 February 1996 (with the exception of chapter 5.4. for cursor thickness)
