The Cardio B handheld ECG by GIMA is a compact, portable device designed for daily monitoring of cardiac activity. It is ideal for general practitioners, occupational physicians and home use by patients with cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension or coronary artery disease.

For use exclusively as a first-line screening tool, it is not intended for use on newborns and does not replace a multi-lead ECG for in-depth clinical analysis.

The device can record an ECG in four modes:

- On the palm
- On the leg
- On the chest
- Using a cable and electrodes (optional accessory)

Measurements lasting 30 seconds can be stored, up to a maximum of 1200 tracings or 10 hours of continuous recording. The collected data can be used as a reference for clinical applications and analyzed using automatic reports of 17 different types.

The device has a USB 2.0 interface for connection to a PC (optional cable and software), enabling advanced data management.
