The KANGAROO ePump enteral feeding pump is a precision pump that is easy to use and program, and ensures infusion in continuous or intermittent mode. When used with KANGAROO ePump feeding and flush sets, it can operate in automatic infusion mode.

Power supply
Use an AC adapter to connect to a wall outlet. The pump operates at 9 V DC, 1.5 Amp.

Battery
A new, fully charged NiMH battery pack provides ≥ 15 hours of operation at an infusion rate of 100 ml/h. Approximately 15 minutes before the battery is completely depleted, a low battery alarm sounds (see the “Low Battery” subsection in Section IX). When the battery is completely depleted, the pump shuts off automatically.
The battery recharges continuously when the pump is connected to a wall outlet. It takes eight hours to fully charge the battery.
