Germoxid is a ready-to-use skin disinfectant that contains chlorhexidine with long-term bactericidal action.
Chlorhexidine shows proven broad-spectrum activity against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria. The molecular structure of Chlorhexidine has a high affinity with epidermal proteins which leads to rapid and persistent absorption in the skin.
Chlorhexidine is particularly suitable for skin disinfection as it reduces the bacterial flora and has a prolonged action over time.
Chlorhexidine is particularly safe for operators as it is fully compatible with the epidermis, does not irritate the skin and does not stain.
It is available in 3 different formats: 250 ml and 1,000 ml bottle, spray bottle (efficient and environmentally friendly) and wipes (ready-to-use Chlorhexidine disinfectants).
