A specialized operator will book the collection of the device at home and will be available for information on products and service times. Warranty service involves fine-tuning or replacement of the appliance and is completely free of charge for the customer.
To obtain the service, it is necessary to keep the sales receipt or a document showing the date of purchase for the entire period of coverage (2 or 3 years depending on the product).
The service is always active, from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18. Outside of office hours, an auto-reply service is available.
