Digestive aid for milk and milk derivatives in lactose intolerant subjects
Formulation in chewable tablets based on lactase, an enzyme indicated to assist the physiological metabolism of lactose.
Lactose is a sugar contained in milk and lacto-derivatives whose metabolization in some subjects can be difficult, causing for example problems of bloating and abdominal tension: in such cases we speak of lactose intolerance and lactase supplementation can be supportive by using a daily dose of at least 4500 FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) units and taking it just before consuming milk or dairy products or in any case at each meal containing lactose (2 tav./day provide 7000 FCC units of lactase).

How to use
Chew 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably just before taking milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and lacto-derivatives) or other foods containing lactose. Packaged in bottles of 30 chewable tablets.
Caution of use
Tolerance to lactose is variable and it is advisable to seek advice from your doctor about the role of this substance in your diet. It contains mannitol as a sweetener. Due to the presence of mannitol in the product, excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Attention
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
