The PressoMedical™ 6.0 medical pressotherapy device features 6 sequential pressure programs, including the new 3 Medical-Waves™ programs. The 3 Medical-Waves™ sequential pressure programs are structured around the alternation of two specific sequences, allowing for great effectiveness and the use of suitable pressures for extended periods—an excellent solution for critical cases. In addition, thanks to the [on/off chambers] function, you can deactivate/activate the inflation of specific chambers to exclude any areas of the body you do not wish to treat from the massage.

Sport: PressoMedical 6.0 provides passive recovery™ by simulating manual massage. It promotes fluid drainage, relaxes contracted muscles and speeds up the elimination of lactic acid produced following intense physical activity, all without muscle contraction.

3 Single-cycle sequential pressure programs
1 – Sequential program (A)
Light Massage: pressure is applied by one chamber at a time, deflating the previous chamber. For example, it is as if a masseuse or masseur clasped both hands around the limb and, starting at the foot, applied pressure up to the groin by sliding their hands along it. This sequential movement (with a wave effect) promotes lymphatic drainage and blood circulation, thereby improving the flow of bodily fluids.
 
2 – Sequential program (B)
Deep Massage: the chambers are filled with air one at a time, keeping the previous ones inflated until they are all fully inflated (for example, in a leg cuff, the entire leg will be under pressure), then they deflate completely and the cycle starts again from the first chamber (from the foot for a leg cuff, from the hand for an arm cuff). During a deep pressotherapy massage, you feel penetrating, vigorous pressure working deep into the muscle and connective tissues. It is like a vigorous squeeze extending along the treated area, releasing tension and stimulating blood and lymphatic circulation.
 
3 – Sequential program (C)
Stimulating Massage: pressure is applied by 2 chambers at a time, deflating the previous 2, then they deflate completely and the sequence starts again. This massage involves a dynamic cycle of alternating pressure intended to mobilize bodily fluids. Pressure is applied by two chambers simultaneously while the two preceding chambers deflate, creating a wave-like movement that gently pushes fluids toward the lymph nodes near the groin for the legs, and toward the axillary and elbow lymph nodes for the arm.

4 – Medical-Waves sequential program (D)
“Balanced” Massage: combines two pressure sequences, Light Massage (A) + Deep Massage (B), to optimize the benefits. The first Light Massage sequence (A) promotes lymphatic drainage and improves circulation; the second Deep Massage sequence (B) stimulates circulation and releases muscle tension. This combination provides a complete treatment to improve well-being, reducing swelling, relieving tension and promoting circulation. From the start of the treatment, the two programs will alternate in a cycle, A+B+A+B… and so on, with a short pause between them while the applicators deflate.

5 – Medical-Waves sequential program (E)
“Dynamic Flow” Massage: the combination of the two programs, Light Massage (A) + Stimulating Massage (C), begins with Light Massage, which promotes lymphatic drainage and improves blood circulation along the entire treated limb, then continues with Stimulating Massage, which involves a dynamic cycle of alternating pressure. This combination of techniques aims to mobilize bodily fluids effectively, promoting drainage and purification and supporting overall health and well-being. From the start of the treatment, the two programs will alternate in a cycle, A+C+A+C… and so on, with a short pause between them while the applicators deflate.
  
6 – Medical-Waves sequential program (F)
“Active Pressure” Massage: combines two complementary sequences, Deep Massage (B) + Stimulating Massage (C). This sequence combination begins with Deep Massage (B), during which you feel penetrating, vigorous pressure working deep into the muscle and connective tissues, releasing accumulated tension and intensely stimulating blood and lymphatic circulation. This is followed by Stimulating Massage (C), characterized by a wave-like movement that gently pushes fluids toward the lymph nodes in key areas of the body, such as near the groin for the legs and in the armpit and elbow areas for the arm. This combination of techniques aims to mobilize bodily fluids, promoting drainage and purification and effectively counteracting water retention and cellulite.
 
Sovrex pressotherapy accessories
The PressoMedical 6.0 medical pressotherapy device uses special applicators featuring Sovrex™ technology (Sovrex leg cuffs and Sovrex arm cuff, while the abdominal band is Standard type): the 4 independent air chambers inside the applicators, for example in the leg cuffs, overlap, so that inflation passes smoothly and without interruption from one chamber to the next, improving comfort and massage effectiveness. The leg cuffs have a self-locking zipper that allows them to be used normally even when not fully closed (if the leg cuff is longer than the leg).

The PressoMedical 6.0 medical pressotherapy device features adjustable pressure intensity, a timer, 6 sequential pressure programs and the option to deactivate specific accessory chambers. All settings can be adjusted directly on the display or using the supplied remote control. Bear in mind that, even for Sport or Aesthetic treatments, higher pressure does not mean greater effectiveness.
