Cleansing Cream 500 ml
A fast-absorbing cleansing cream that does not require rinsing, containing active ingredients of plant origin with a high moisturizing effect, suitable for dehydrated and sensitive skin.

Also suitable for cleansing the whole body, it can be used to care for bedridden and/or hospitalized patients.

The extract obtained from prickly pear pads harvested exclusively in Sicily, rich in vitamins and polysaccharides, is known to provide a gentle moisturizing sensation, soothing any redness and forming an interesting protective layer on the skin.

The fermented rice water in the formula, rich in antioxidants, amino acids and proteins, is known to slow cellular aging and tone the skin.

In addition, the complex derived from oat fermentation has a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, as well as preventing skin dryness.

Apply a walnut-sized amount of product to a soft disposable cloth and spread over the area to be cleansed; remove the product with the clean part of the cloth. It does not require rinsing and is easily absorbed.

Skin health and care
The health and well-being of our skin depend on simple actions, starting with daily cleansing and moisturizing. Taking care of it also means counteracting the onset of redness or potentially harmful conditions, especially when factors may make it more sensitive and delicate, such as skin aging or a prolonged stay in bed. That is why it is important to choose targeted treatments that can deeply moisturize and strengthen the skin’s natural barriers, helping to combat inflammation.

The company
Bsoft is a line of hygiene products designed for the fragile skin of older people, people with incontinence and bedridden patients. Thanks to the exceptional emollient and antioxidant properties of its active ingredients, it also provides optimal hydration and care for all skin types, helping to prevent inflammation and other disorders. The idea of creating professional cleansers and cosmetics for specific skin needs stems from the experience of Lombarda H, an ISO 13485 and 9001 certified company that has been active in the medical and healthcare sector for over 40 years, with a specialization in the care-home and RSA sector as well. The extensive expertise gained in the field and continuous investment in research at Lombarda H laboratories have made it possible to develop an innovative line of professional products for people with delicate skin, capable of meeting the sector’s highest quality standards.

A special formula for healthy, moisturized skin
The first step in creating high-quality, effective hygiene and dermocosmetic products is the careful selection of raw materials. A specific formula was developed for Bsoft products, enriched with an extract obtained from Sicilian prickly pear pads, with proven emollient and soothing properties and rich in polysaccharides, including mucilages and pectins. It is ideal for strengthening the natural protective film of all skin types, including the most fragile and sensitive. Its high antioxidant and re-epithelializing power is even greater than that of hyaluronic acid, helping to counteract skin inflammation and leave the skin hydrated and healthy.

Supply chain safety and certifications
Bsoft products are the result of an ongoing research and development process at the Lombarda H laboratories. The entire line is manufactured at a company-owned production facility, where cosmetics as well as DM (Medical Devices) and PMC (Medical-Surgical Products) are manufactured. As such, the facility is subject to annual audits by certification bodies to ensure optimal management of all company procedures. All batches undergo rigorous microbiological testing to ensure maximum safety for the end user. Direct control of the entire production chain ensures compliance with the highest quality and regulatory standards.
