Description
Catheter Lubricating Gel - Sterile. Pack of 25 syringes of 12 ml each.
A sterile, clear, water-soluble lubricating gel containing Lidocaine; to be used before catheters, cystoscopes or other medical instruments are applied to the urethra.
It covers the urethra creating a smooth layer between the urethral mucosa and the catheter or medical instrument. It is used to relieve pain during urethral manipulations due to its anesthetic effect. It also has an antiseptic effect that protects patients from potential risks of infection.
It contains 2% Lidocaine and 0.05% Chlorhexidine.
