The Levenhuk Monaco ED 12x50 binoculars are a powerful large-aperture optical instrument for observations in adverse conditions. Extra-low dispersion premium-class optical elements, water-resistant design, resistance to extreme temperatures are the main features of this model. These binoculars are perfect for observing wild animals and birds, studying natural and urban landscapes, as well as hunting and fishing. Use them to practice aiming or to protect large areas. The Levenhuk Monaco ED 12x50 are the perfect choice for amateur and professional observations!
Optical
The optical design of the binoculars is a harmonious combination of compact roof prisms, multi-element eyepieces and objective lenses. All lenses are made of extra-low dispersion glass and protected by several layers of anti-reflective coating. As a result, the optical elements do not distort the image, eliminate optical aberrations and glare, and convey a sharp, detailed and saturated image. The binoculars are suitable for observations in low light conditions: the optical elements are powerful enough for observations at sunset, sunrise or foggy days.
Body material
The optical elements are safely protected by an impact-proof construction. This is made of plastic resistant to temperatures, even extreme temperatures and accidental mechanical impacts. The binoculars are coated with a non-slip material that ensures their grip. The Levenhuk Monaco ED 12x50 are filled with nitrogen, a gas that prevents the lenses from fogging up. Thanks to their hermetic design, the binoculars are resistant to water: rain, snow or a short period of submersion in water up to 1.5 m (5 ft).
Additional Capabilities
The binoculars are easily adjustable to suit your needs. You can adjust the interpupillary distance, make precise diopter adjustments, adjust the focus, and raise or lower the eyelets. The binoculars have a remarkable eye relief that makes them suitable for observations with the use of glasses. The Levenhuk Monaco ED 12x50 are adaptable to a tripod (purchased separately).
