Rotary heat sealer with validation system compliant with ISO 11607 P.2 standards.

The D-600 is designed to continuously monitor all critical process parameters throughout the entire sealing phase, namely: Temperature, Speed, Pressure.
The sealer guarantees sealing in compliance with EN 868-5 / ISO 11607 P.2 standards, as it can monitor in real time the temperature used, the force applied during sealing and the feed speed, i.e. the time taken during the sealing process. All sealing data can be stored on an external device that can be connected to the sealer via a USB port located on the machine.

The D-600 is controlled by a microprocessor. The operator interface is a clear 2-line display integrated into an ergonomic polycarbonate keyboard, positioned for easy access above the sealer. Easy to use and extremely reliable, the D-600 is the ideal solution for hospitals and clinics wishing to equip themselves with instruments compatible with the new ISO standards. Suitable for sealing Tyvek rolls and pouches.
