D-400 automatic is a roller sealer with an automatic photocell-driven feed system. This solution, adopted in clinical and hospital centers, ensures very high output, no routine maintenance, and fast production.

D-400 automatic is sophisticated equipment operated by microprocessor control, with the option to adjust the operating temperature. The sealing pressure is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the different types of sterilization pouches.

D-400 guarantees a safety distance of 30 mm between the contents of the pouch and the inner edge of the seal, in accordance with DIN standards. All facilities intending to certify and document their protocols must use D-500. Compatible with sealing Tyvek rolls and pouches.
