Formulation that provides nutrients that can be useful to those who want to maintain strong hair and nails. Food supplement based on vitamin C, zinc, copper, MSM (organic compound based on sulfur, essential structural microelement of connective tissue), Lithotamnium calcareum algae extract  (organic source of silicon). Copper and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the maintenance of normal connective tissues. Zinc contributes to themaintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for normal skin function. They can therefore be of support to those with brittle hair, brittle nails or stretch marks.

Collagen and sulfur are fundamental constituents of skin, nails and hair: collagen is a structural protein of the skin and keratins, proteins rich in sulfur, give resistance to skin appendages (nails and hair).

Ingredients
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Vegetable stearic acid, Vegetable magnesium stearate. Algae Lithothamnium calcareum pulverized thallus, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-Lysine HCl, L-Proline, Zinc (citrate). Thickener: Sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Copper (bisglycinate). Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerol.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 60 bars.

Caution of use
- Do not use during pregnancy and children or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
