ASTAXANTHIN FROM HAEMATOCOCCUS PLUVIALIS 
ASTAXANTHIN is a formulation containing Haematococcus pluvialis extract standardized for astaxanthin. Haematococcus pluvialis is a microalga from the Chlamydomonadeae family, a particularly concentrated natural source of astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is a xanthophyll (a class of carotenoids) found widely in aquatic animals (fish and crustaceans), to which it gives a characteristic pink pigmentation. Astaxanthin has a slightly polar structure that allows it to assume a specific orientation in the membrane. The Haematococcus pluvialis alga is indicated as antioxidant support.

Quantity per 1 pearl Soft-gels:
- Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow. thallus extract standardized (8.5% astaxanthin), of which: 59 mg
- Astaxanthin 5 mg

Directions for use:
1 pearl per day, preferably with a meal.
Swallow 1 pearl per day with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 30 softgel pearls.
