The Piuma Up3 Alternating Cycle Anti-Decubitus Kit by MORETTI is designed to prevent bedsores up to stage IV. The first three elements of the mattress operate in static mode, acting as a head cushion, while the rest are divided into two sections with alternating two-way operation. It features a padded cover made of biocompatible, waterproof, and breathable nylon/PU, compliant with European fire-resistance standards, with zippers on all sides for easy removal and cleaning.

The mattress attaches to the bed using included straps and features cable grommets. Thanks to the height of the elements, an additional mattress is not necessary. CELL-ONCELL technology divides the section into two modules, keeping the lower module constantly inflated to prevent sinking and ensure safety in the event of a power outage. The compressor offers manual pressure adjustment, visual and audible low-pressure alarms, and an interchangeable air filter. The STATIC function allows the alternating system to be locked, transforming it into a normal mattress. Quick-release connectors with locks facilitate patient transport.
