Pressure relief cushion made of polyurethane gel with hole

Compact viscoelastic pressure-relief cushion consisting of a polyurethane gel layer with a high pressure-absorption capacity and a layer of expanded polyurethane.
The combined action of the gel and expanded polyurethane reduces contact pressure and significantly increases the support surface area.
The zipped cover is made of antibacterial, bi-elastic, breathable polyurethane to reduce friction between the skin and the cushion. It also has a non-slip base for greater safety and stability.
