It consists of a main hook that can be tied to the winch of the rescue vehicle, two main belts (whose length is adjustable), and four belts equipped with a carabiner for anchoring the stretcher.

Made of resistant nylon, it is equipped with steel carabiners with safety catch.

The adjustable harness system allows the basket stretcher to be lifted safely, thanks to a safety coefficient of 7:1 that guarantees the safety of patients and operators even in situations at the limit of the product's performance.
