AMINO GLUTAMINE 500 is a dietary supplement containing the amino acid L-Glutamine in free form. L-Glutamine is an essential amino acid precursor to glutamic acid, an important source of energy for brain cells. The immune system uses it as an energy source for lymphocytes, cells that defend our body from pathogenic attacks. L-Glutamine is present in muscle cells and is an energy source for the cells of the stomach and intestines.

HOW TO USE
1 vegetarian capsule a day, preferably between meals.
