Chelated magnesium

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for the body as it is a cofactor of various enzymes involved in many metabolic processes, from the biosynthesis of lipids, proteins and nucleic acids, to glycolysis. It plays a vital role in regulating the excitability of the nerve cell and muscle fiber.

Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium in which the mineral is chelated to an organic compound (two glycine molecules) allowing the mineral the best bioavailability and therefore a high absorption capacity in the intestine.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological and muscular function, having a physiological muscle relaxant and relaxing action. It also counteracts tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal energy metabolism, helping to transform the nutrients contained in food into energy.

How to use
Swallow 4 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 100 bars.
