Amino 75* is a formulation of essential amino acids in free form. It contains L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine and L-valine. Essential amino acids must necessarily be introduced with food as they cannot be produced by the body. Although the modern diet is abundantly rich in protein, those who follow a low-calorie or poorly balanced diet, as well as some vegetarians or vegans, may not get an adequate amount of these amino acids from their diet.
