The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 64 Digital Microscope is easy to use as it has a built-in LCD screen. Thanks to this feature, it is not necessary to connect the microscope to a PC, but it is still possible to use it together with a computer, since it is compatible with Windows and Mac OS (connection via USB cable). This microscope enjoys a wide range of applications: repairing small components, soldering microcircuits, studying metals, sharpening blades, verifying the authenticity of old coins, restoring art objects and much more. It has superior lighting, so you can use this device to examine only opaque objects.

The magnification is adjustable and ranges from 20x to 300x. The focus is manual in a range between 5 and 80 mm. The microscope features 8 LED lights around the camera lens. The camera is used as the only objective lens and is responsible for reproducing the image. Its 0.3 MP sensor (up to 2 MP thanks to interpolation) reproduces a sharp and detailed image of the observed samples, real-time observations can be made and, if necessary, photos and videos can be saved to a memory card (included). The special software (included) allows you to measure the linear and angular dimensions of the samples.

The microscope is attached to a professional support arm equipped with a small table with graduated scales and clothespins. The microscope is powered by a built-in battery that can be recharged via USB cable.

Tips for using the software:

For the program to work properly, start the installed application only when the microscope is connected to the PC and ready for observations.

Note: Keep in mind that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V, while in most European countries it is 220—240 V. For information on the correct mains voltage, refer to the specification table. Never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V power outlet, or vice versa, without using a voltage converter.

The Levenhuk Discovery Artisan 64 Digital Microscope is not compatible with external digital cameras.
