This instrument is equipped with a bifocal lens. The magnification of the largest lens (100 mm) is 2.5x, that of the smallest lens (25 mm) is 5x. The material of the optics is optical polymer glass with a high degree of transparency. It is clear, durable and has nothing to envy to standard glass in terms of efficiency. Impact resistance is its most obvious quality.

The magnifying glass can be placed on a table using the foot at the base, or it can be hung around the neck with the special strap. It has built-in LED lighting for low-light work. The LED are battery powered.
