SPORES IN VIAL Kit containing 20 pieces spores for biological controls. Suitable for all types of autoclaves.
The vials must be inserted into the sterilization chamber, even with the presence of load.
Perform the cycle, at the end remove the vial carefully as it is hot and pressurized.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes then activate it, pressing it with your fingers, always keeping it vertical. The chemical indicator on the vial label will be changed from blue to black.
Subsequently, place the vial in a biological incubator at 57°C for 24 hours, together with an unprocessed, but still activated, test vial.
It is advisable to check every 12 hours for the presence of bacterial growth.
