D-500 automatic is a roller sealer with automatic photocell drive system. This solution adopted in clinical and hospital centers ensures very high production, lack of routine maintenance and production speed.

D-500 automatic is complete with an integrated printer that automatically imprints the packaging date and expiration date on the bag during the sealing cycle, as well as the required regulatory symbols. This solution, which is very important, allows you to always have control over the real state of sterility of the instruments you treat. In fact, as you well know, the paper part of the sterilization bags "releases" after 30 days, thus losing the ability to keep the treated instruments sterile.

D-500 automatic is a sophisticated device managed with microprocessor control and the possibility of adjusting the temperature of use, as well as the printing parameters. The sealing pressure is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the different types of sterilizing pouches.

D-500 guarantees a 30 mm safety distance between the contents of the bag and the inner edge of the seal, according to DIN standards. All practices that intend to certify and document their protocols must use D-500. Compatible for sealing Tyvek rolls and pouches.
