Description
 PRODUCT CODE: AEAG-AS3200

The Aeroneb Solo nebulizer is completely made of plastic, transparent, non-pyrogenic material and is latex-free.

A T-adapter allows the nebulization unit to be connected to the patient circuit.

The Aeroneb Solo System is extremely quiet during operation: 35 dB measured at 0.3 m distance. As it operates without compressed gas, it's suitable for portable applications.

Nebulizer unit:

Dimensions: 67 mm x 48 mm x 25 mm

Weight: 13.5 g (nebulizer unit + cap)

Capacity: max 6ml

Not sterile. Single patient.

The nebulizer unit and T-adapter included in the package are not sterile.

 OPERATIONAL FEATURES:

Minimum flow rate: > 0.2 ml/min. (average flow rate tested = 0.38 ml/min.)

Average particle size generated: Average aerodynamic mass diameter (MMAD): 3.4 μm Geometric standard deviation (GSD): 2.4.
Residual volume:

The performance of the nebulizer may vary depending on the type of medication used.

Noise generated during nebulization: 35 dB detected at 0.3 m distance.

Aeroneb Solo has a defined duration.

The Aeroneb Solo Nebulizer Unit can be used for up to 28 days in intermittent mode (typical profile of 4 cycles/day).
In continuous mode, the Aeroneb Solo nebulizer can be used for up to 7 days. The device may not be used beyond the maximum period of time.

Temperature: 5° – 45°C

Relative humidity: 15 - 95% RH (non-condensing)

The Aeroneb Solo nebulizer is a portable system for continuous or intermittent nebulization of medication during mechanical ventilation or positive pressure respiratory support. The OnQ Aerosol Generator contained in the nebulization unit consists of a micro-perforated cap plate and a vibrating element, whose micropump activity nebulizes the drug. The high number of holes (about 1000), made with very high precision, guarantees precise control of the size of the aerosol particles.

Thanks to the force of gravity, the drug comes into contact with the aerosol generator,

where the liquid is pushed through the micro-perforated plate and transformed into aerosols.

The Aeroneb Solo Nebulizer is used in conjunction with the Aeroneb Pro-X Control Module which allows the operator to choose the mode of administration (intermittent – 30 minutes or continuous). The system is suitable for use on infants, children and adults.

The Aeroneb Solo has been designed to be compatible with standard breathing circuits. During operation, it does not require any modification of ventilation parameters and allows medication to be topped up without interruption of respiratory support.
