Description

3M Inadine (PVP-I) Non-adherent dressing P01491, 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm - Pack of 10 pcs.
Non-adherent viscose dressing in a low-adhesion knit, impregnated with a polyethylene glycol (PEG) base containing 10% povidone-iodine.

It protects wounds even when they are infected, with a long-lasting antimicrobial effect against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses, including resistant species such as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Inadine minimizes adherence to the wound floor, thereby reducing pain for the patient and the risk of damaging granulation tissue upon removal.

If the color changes from orange to white, it means that the dressing has lost its antiseptic efficacy and needs to be changed.

Suitable for ulcerative lesions, to prevent infections in case of minor burns and for traumatic skin lesions and highly infected wounds.

- Latex-free.
- Individually packaged in an aluminum bag.
- Gamma sterilization.

- Designed to handle bacterial contamination
- Color change indicates when it's time to change dressing

3M Inadine (PVP-I) Non-adherent dressing is composed of viscous, low-adhesion mesh tissue, impregnated with polyethylene glycol (PEG) containing 10% povidone-iodine, equivalent to 1.0% available iodine.

Inadine dressing is designed to protect wounds even when they are infected, providing a long-lasting antimicrobial effect against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses, including resistant species such as MRSA. The Inadine dressing minimizes adhesion to the wound bed, thereby reducing the risk of damage to granulation tissue during dressing removal and, in clinical practice, has been shown to be able to reduce patient pain.
