Fit Therapy Lady Plaster - 2 kits of 3 plasters
Assisting the woman with pain relief of the menstrual period
Effective disposable patches for FIVE days
The special PATCH FIT Lady plasters have a personalized shape:
The FIT Lady package has 3 patches, all placed on the same day and stay in place for a 5-day treatment period.
FIT Lady can help in the relief of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).
It is advisable to apply these patches with help.
Apply the patch to the lower back area (refer to the image above).
Carefully peel off a small part of the patch on the edge of one of the side wings.
Place and attach this exposed edge halfway from the main area of the source of the pain to the base of the spine.
Slowly peel off the rest of the patch from the carrier sheet while applying pressure as the patch unwinds and adheres to the skin.
Press and hold the patch for about 2 minutes for maximum fit.
IMPORTANT
FIT Lady plasters should not be used on open wounds, sensitive skin or on broken or red (inflamed) skin.
The products are not sterile and do not contain any form of medication.
If you suffer from specific circulatory problems (particularly related to microcirculation) or muscle problems, consult your doctor before applying the patches.
Do not apply a patch if it shows signs of wear or defects. If you experience reactions to a patch, such as itching or redness, remove it immediately.
Store the patch in the plastic case until ready to use.
Store at or below 25°C.
Specifications:
- Before application, make sure that the skin in the area where the patches will be applied is clean, dry, and preferably hair-free.
- Remove the plaster sheet from its protective plastic sheath and gently peel off a small part of an adhesive plaster from the protective paper.
- Apply this small, exposed area of the patch (holding the backing sheet on) to the locations shown in Figure A or Figure B below, as appropriate.
- Slowly peel off the rest of the patch from the backing sheet, while applying pressure to the patch, while continuing to unroll the patch from the backing sheet, to fully adhere to the skin.
- By following these instructions, the patch will not fold in on itself.
- Press the patch on the skin for about 2 minutes, for maximum adherence.
- Patches should be applied (locations are shown in Figures A and B on this leaflet) as follows:
- The two oval patches are applied to the ovary area, on the front of the body, from one point about 10 cm below the navel, and about 5 cm to the left and right of this point.
- The largest of the 3 patches in this pack should be placed on the lumbar region of the back, corresponding to the L3 vertebra. This position is about 10 cm above the coccyx (tail-bone).
- Wait about two minutes before moving, to make sure the patches adhere completely to the skin.
- Store the patches for 5 consecutive days.
- The use of FIT Lady patches, as described above, can be repeated every month to relieve menstrual pain.
FIT Lady patches will continue to work even if they get wet (e.g. while swimming or in the shower or bath).
