HISTOACRYL TRANSLUCENT 10 AMP OF 0.5 ML
Single-use ampoule of enbucrylate, to be used with the wound closed and not inside the wound. HISTOACRYL® helps keep the wound edges together until healing occurs and has demonstrated bacteriostatic properties, as it is able to seal the wound uniformly immediately after application.
Thanks to the moisture present in the tissues, HISTOACRYL® polymerizes in 20-30 seconds into a solid substance that binds to the tissue itself. Three minutes after application, curing is complete and the surface is no longer adherent. It is absorbed in approximately 7-10 days. The antimicrobial barrier remains intact for 7 days.
