The Simplus mask is a reusable vented face mask for CPAP and Bi-Level.

It is composed of three lightweight, anatomical components that work together to ensure greater performance, stability, and comfort, as well as self-adjustment of the mask itself: a one-piece silicone cushion that "rolls" back and forth on the nasal septum to self-adapt to the wearer's anatomical shape; easy-to-use, easy-to-wear, and easy-to-adjust crown straps that sit naturally on the top of the head, allowing maximum head movement without the mask shifting; and a mask structure with rounded lines that is stable, durable, and compact to allow for a wide field of vision.

The mask and neck straps are already assembled in a single package. It does not contain latex or DEHP.
