Magnesium (oxide). Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Anti-caking agents: Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl). Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin. Color: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 100 bars.
