Maca or Lepidium meyenii Walp. belongs to the Cruciferous family (Brassicaceae) is an annual herbaceous plant with tuberous root with a typical pear shape, 10 - 14 cm long, 3 - 5 cm in diameter, varying in color from yellow to dark red. How to use
