The Ermenrich Wett QT20 water quality tester is a compact and functional instrument that is used to test water from a variety of sources: flow filters, wells, boreholes, household jugs, taps or aquariums. This instrument is suitable for professional applications such as industrial plants, public swimming pools and fish farms. The tester measures 4 water characteristics: acidity, mineralization/hardness, electrical conductivity and temperature. The test requires immersing the electrode in water. The measurement result is displayed on the easy-to-read backlit LCD screen.
The acidity of water is determined in the range of 0–14 pH with an error of ±0.05 pH. Mineralization/hardness/salt content: in the range of 0–200000 ppm (mg/l) or 10.1–200 ppt (g/l). Electrical conductivity: from 1 to 199990 μS/cm (microsiemens). Temperature: from 0 °C to +60 °C (can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit). The capabilities of the Ermenrich Wett QT20 tester will be sufficient to test the quality of any water: both ideal for drinking (0–50 ppm) and critically dangerous (> 1000 ppm). The accuracy of the tester can be improved if you calibrate the device using buffer solutions; sachets with powders for their preparation are included (4.00, 6.86 and 9.18 pH).
