The GIMA 24-hour Holter blood pressure monitor + Bluetooth is a professional device for non-invasive blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, designed for continuous use for up to 24 hours. It uses the oscillometric method with gradual deflation to ensure accurate and reliable, clinically validated measurements.

The device offers two operating modes :

• Manual : for single measurements on request
• Automatic : for programmable cyclic measurements at intervals of 15, 20, 30, 40, 60, 90, 120 or 240 minutes

It features a large color LCD display that displays real-time systolic, diastolic, mean blood pressure, SpO2, and heart rate (HR). Adjustable audible and visual alarms ensure safe and timely monitoring.

Continuous 24-hour monitoring allows for recording, reviewing and saving data , which can be transferred to a PC using software compatible with Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 (both 32 and 64 bit), or to a smartphone via Bluetooth connection.
