Serotonin plus is a supplement based on Griffonia and Rhodiola useful for promoting normal mood.
MAIN ASSETS
Griffonia simplicifolia: supports normal mood and mental well-being; promotes relaxation and night's rest; intervenes in the control of the sense of hunger. Griffonia seeds contain 5-HTP which is absorbed well orally and easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. This leads to an increase in Serotonin synthesis in the Central Nervous System (CNS).
Rhodiola rosea: tonic-adaptogen useful in case of physical and mental fatigue. Supports normal mood. Rhodiola acts directly on the availability of Serotonin.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays very important roles in the CNS:
regulates mood and behavior in case of acute stress;
regulates memory and concentration processes;
acts in anxiety and panic disorders;
acts in sleep disorders;
it promotes the rebalancing of eating behaviors on an emotional basis;
promotes the feeling of satiety;
it promotes the control of the pain threshold in the case of fibromyalgia and musculoskeletal headache.
Serotonin is partly transformed into Melatonin, with important effects on the sleep-wake rhythm.
INGREDIENTS
Bulking agent: cellulose; Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea l.) dry extract titrated 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside; constituent of the vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Griffonia seeds (Griffonia Simplicifolia (dc.) baill.) dry extract titrated 95% 5HTP; Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
HOW TO USE
Take one capsule daily, with water, preferably in the morning. In cases of increased need, take two capsules in the morning.
