3M Red Dot 2228 Foam Monitoring Electrodes are intended for use by healthcare providers for adult cardiac monitoring. These electrodes are disposable and have been tested to remain in place for up to 3 days .

3M Red Dot 2228 foam monitoring electrodes include a snap-fit connector, adhesive gel, and a silver/silver chloride sensing element. These electrodes contain a pressure-sensitive adhesive, recommended for diaphoretic patients.

Each electrode is made of a solid conductive gel that does not create humidity and ensures product freshness and the Micropore adhesive part, comfortable, breathable, flexible and non-abrasive.

The foam support ensures good conformability to the patient's body and complete impermeability to liquids. The thin electrode minimizes interference with the surrounding environment.

Conductive gel that maintains high and consistent tracing quality. The gel's low chloride content ensures excellent hypoallergenicity even for the most sensitive patients.

High-quality, highly hypoallergenic adhesive minimizes skin irritation and leaves no residue after removal. Furthermore, the initial adhesion increases linearly over time, ensuring the electrode stays in place throughout its lifespan.
