Germocid Basic Spray 750 ml - without sprayer is a ready-to-use hydroalcoholic disinfectant cleaner, developed by Germo for the rapid cleaning and disinfection of alcohol-insensitive surfaces in medical and dental settings. It is suitable for the surfaces of non-invasive medical devices such as face masks, work surfaces, armrests, headrests, handles, and other items commonly used in dental offices.

Its formulation synergistically combines Chlorhexidine digluconate and Quaternary Ammonium Salts (QAMS) with a high alcohol concentration (60% w/w), ensuring a broad spectrum of action:

• Bactericidal on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria
• Virucidal on viruses such as HIV, HBV, HCV with a contact time of 1 minute
• Fungicide on yeasts and moulds and mycobactericide (including TB) with a contact time of 5 minutes

The product works effectively even in the presence of organic material (blood, saliva, exudates), evaporating rapidly without leaving residue. It requires no dilution, is ready to use, and is not deactivated by organic substances. It is compatible with alginate dental impressions , as it does not alter their dimensions, making it ideal for daily use in dental environments.

Composition per 100 g of product:

• Chlorhexidine digluconate: 0.1 g
• Benzalkonium chloride: 0.1 g
• Ethyl alcohol: 45.0 g
• Isopropyl alcohol: 15.0 g
• Co-formulants and purified water to taste per 100 g

How to use:
Shake before use. Spray directly onto the surfaces to be treated. Leave to act and then remove with a cloth or disposable paper towel. Active in 5 minutes against bacteria, fungi, and viruses (HIV, HBV, HCV); active against mycobacteria (including TB) in 60 minutes.

Professional use. Avoid use on alcohol-sensitive materials. Incompatible with anionic detergents and surfactants. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat. Do not use damaged packaging. For external use only. Once opened, the product retains its shelf life indicated on the label if stored properly.
