The professional-quality outdoor sensor reliably transmits the measured values of wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation volume to the base station at the frequency of 868 MHz. Not only do these values but also a large amount of data recorded in the previous days are displayed on the clearly structured 5.7" colour display of the base station. This visualization is made possible by the internal storage and evaluation of the collected data over a period of 24 hours. From the data collected, the weather station produces a very reliable forecast of the local weather trend for the next 12 hours, which is then shown on the display by means of graphic symbols.

The Wi-Fi function allows you to share local data via apps such as ''Weather Underground'' or ''Weather Cloud''. In addition, the Wi-Fi function allows you to synchronize the time of the device with the Internet network and update the firmware.

You can set an individual alarm for maximum and minimum values – once the specified value is reached, an acoustic and a light signal is activated. In addition, you can activate a special ice/frost alarm for outdoor temperatures from -3°C. Poor indoor air quality can cause health risks, especially for children and the elderly. This is also why the Bresser Wi-Fi colour weather station has a very smart function. The indoor air quality indicator informs you with a graphic symbol about the indoor air quality. For all those who are "bewitched by the Moon", the phases of the moon are also displayed. An alarm clock function with snooze is also available.
