3M SILVERCEL ANTIMICROBIAL HYDROALGINATE DRESSING WITH SILVER
3M Silvercel Dressing is a sterile, non-woven dressing composed of alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and silver-coated nylon fibres, which helps maintain a moist wound environment.

The excellent fluid absorption capacity and long-lasting antimicrobial activity make this dressing ideal for chronic wounds with moderate to high exudate levels: pressure, venous, and neuropathic (diabetic) ulcers; donor sites; post - operative wounds; traumatic wounds, etc. The antimicrobial effect is guaranteed by a sustained release of silver ions, which can last up to 7 days.
This dressing acts against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens, including MRSA, MRSE and VRE.

Easylift Technology
Easylift Precision Film technology is incorporated into a non-adherent layer in contact with the wound. It allows for painless removal and effectively protects newly formed tissue, while minimizing fiber shedding.
