The ISO 11607 standard specifies to carry out a daily inspection routine of heat seals.
The airtight seal check is a method of performing the required test, documenting the day, the person performing the test, and clearly showing the results of your heat sealer's ability to properly heat and seal the bag.
When it is placed inside a bag that is subsequently sealed and the test area becomes darker, it is easy to interpret whether the airtight seal is compliant, smooth and completely without openings.
