Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) is a herbaceous plant also known as evening primrose. From the seeds of this plant an oil is obtained that represents an excellent integration of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-6 series and in particular GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Evening primrose oil is useful for supporting the integrity and functionality of cell membranes, as well as for the trophism and functionality of the skin. Evening primrose oil can counteract menstrual cycle disorders and support joint function.

Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) (omega-6) 45 mg
COMPOSITION
Cold-pressed evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) Edible gelatine. Resistance agent: Vegetable glycerol.

HOW TO USE
1 pearl a day preferably with a meal
Swallow 1 pearl daily, with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 30 pearls - softgels.
