SELF-SEALING POUCHES FOR STEAM OR ETO STERILIZATION

Transparent green polyester-polyethylene film coupled with medical paper that allows the penetration of steam and gas during sterilization. The steam and gas indicators change color when exposed to sterilization.

1. Reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contamination of the contents upon opening.

2. The transparent film complies with the German standard EN 10/204. The medical paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopoeia 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (English).

3. The chevrons allow a quick and correct opening of the envelopes, which are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches consist of a layer of laminated transparent film (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and moisture-resistant medical Kraft white paper, specially designed to ensure high antibacterial protection.

5. "Multiline" welding is strong and durable; The sealing lines are equally spaced and the outer one runs along the entire length of the bag in order to ensure maximum tightness.
