The KANGAROO ePump enteral feeding pump is an easy-to-use, precision pump that is easily programmed and provides continuous or intermittent infusion mode and, when used with the KANGAROO ePump infusion and wash sets, can operate in automatic infusion mode.

Feeding
Use a c.a. adapter to connect to a wall outlet. The pump operates on 9 V c.c., 1.5 Amp.

Battery
A new, fully charged NiMH battery pack provides ≥ 15 hours of runtime at an infusion rate of 100ml/h. Approximately 15 minutes before the battery is completely depleted, a low battery alarm sounds (see the "Low Battery" subsection in Section IX). When the battery is completely depleted, the pump will automatically shut off.
The battery is recharged continuously, when the pump is plugged into a wall outlet. It takes eight hours to fully charge the battery.
